Returns & Refund Policy

Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. There is no fee for mail-in exchanges or returns made at Happy Returns or a Rothy's retail store. A $4.99 fee will be deducted from mail-in returns. Worn, washed or altered merchandise without tags cannot be accepted.
