Returns & Refund Policy

To start a return, visit the Returns & Exchanges page of the Marine Layer website and click “Start a return.” Return shipping is free within the U.S., and your refund will be processed once your return is en route. Online orders can also be to any Marine Layer store. Items purchased in-store can be returned in store, or email [email protected] with your name and address for a prepaid label for shipping. Marine Layer’s return policy allows for returns or exchanges on almost all items within 365 days, no questions asked. Exceptions include products not directly purchased from Marine Layer, worn bathing suits without the hygienic lining, used boxers or boxer briefs not in their original packaging, final sale items, gift cards, mystery tees and surplus sale items.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping options include free Standard USPS with an estimated delivery time of three to seven business days, Expedited UPS with an estimated delivery time of two to three business days for $20 and Express UPS with an estimated delivery time of one to two business days for $35.Expedited and Express orders are processed the following business day and are not shipped or delivered on weekends/holidays or to P.O. Boxes. Marine Layer strives to ship everything within one to two business days, depending on the volume of orders received.

Re-Spun

Re-Spun is Marine Layer’s shirt upcycling program. Send in or drop off your old tees for a $5 store credit per tee, up to $25 quarterly, resetting every January, April, July and October. The company prefers cotton shirts but will accept any tee and find uses for them, such as spandex repurposed as housing insulation.
