Returns & Refund Policy

Funko’s return policy allows merchandise to be returned within 30 days of receiving the order, with the exception of items purchased in retail stores, which cannot be returned or exchanged online. To begin the return process, you can utilize the provided pre-paid shipping label and promptly drop off the package at any UPS store. Original and return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Refunds are issued after the return is received and processed, with a processing time of one to two weeks. Items returned more than 30 days after the label is issued will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Exceptions to the return policy include specific requirements for unworn and unwashed apparel with original tags, unused non-apparel items in original sealed packaging, and exclusions for items marked as "final sale" or "exclusives." Additionally, bulk purchases (six pieces or more of the same item) and Digital Pop! redemptions are nonreturnable, except for statutory warranties or guarantees mandated by law.

Cancellation Policy

To expedite the shipping process, Funko aims to send out your item(s) promptly after your order is placed. Once the order is submitted, it is immediately forwarded to our Fulfillment Center for processing. Consequently, any requests to add/remove items, change payment methods, update shipping/billing addresses, or cancel an order cannot be accommodated.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Funko offers free shipping for orders over $65 within the contiguous 48 states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/AFO addresses, and other territories are not eligible for free shipping. The status of orders can be tracked in the Order History section, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details is sent once the order ships. Orders typically leave the fulfillment center within two to four days, though processing times may vary during conventions, sales or promotions. Delivery times depend on the order size and shipping method, with most orders arriving within 10 business days, excluding shipping holidays.
