Returns & Refund Policy

DIME offers a 60-day return policy that starts from package arrival. With a commitment to 100% satisfaction, DIME encourages customers to test DIME skin care products for 60 days, and if your skin does not respond well or you’d like to try out a different product, you can contact the customer service team at [email protected] for a return or an exchange. All returns must go through the customer service team for processing, as unauthorized returns may not be eligible for reimbursement. If a refund is approved, return shipping charges will be subtracted from the reimbursement, unless there is a shipping error or defective product. Proper packaging is also required for returns, as products damaged during shipping may not qualify for reimbursement.

DIME cannot take responsibility for shipments once they depart from the brand’s facility, and shipments become the responsibility of the carrier (USPS or DHL). To address this issue, DIME offers shipping insurance during checkout to cover potential problems like loss, damage or theft of packages. In the event of any issues, the insurance can either provide a refund or initiate a new order on behalf of the customer. However, if shipping insurance is declined, DIME is unable to offer further assistance in such situations.
