Returns & Refund Policy

DIME offers a 60-day return policy that starts from package arrival. With a commitment to 100% satisfaction, DIME encourages customers to test DIME skin care products for 60 days, and if your skin does not respond well or you’d like to try out a different product, you can contact the customer service team at [email protected] for a return or an exchange. All returns must go through the customer service team for processing, as unauthorized returns may not be eligible for reimbursement. If a refund is approved, return shipping charges will be subtracted from the reimbursement, unless there is a shipping error or defective product. Proper packaging is also required for returns, as products damaged during shipping may not qualify for reimbursement.
